The role of Hard Skills in enhancing psychological Student & Emplyeers.
Jobs can consist of three types based on the kind of skills required:
In occupations that require hard skills and some soft skills (such as physicists), we can find people in these occupations who may not be able to work easily with others but still do their job very well.
Many jobs require both hard and soft abilities, and many of them fall into this category. Accountants and lawyers, for example, need to be well versed in the rules of accounting and law, but they also depend on marketing skills to build a successful career, as well as good client relations, which require excellent soft skills such as communication and relationship building skills.
Jobs that require mostly soft skills and some hard skills (such as sales), an automotive salesperson doesn’t really need to know much about automobiles, their job depends more on their ability to read their customers’ minds, contact sales halls, persuade skills and deal-making skills, which are all soft skills
How can I show my personal Hard skill.

- Ask technical questions about your work at the end of the interview.
