7 TASKS TO ACHIEVE EXTREME SELF IMPROVEMENT

Self improvement is a lifelong process, but it will not take you more than a few minutes to start improving yourself, if you are comfortable with the two minute guideline, you know that any big goal can be broken down into smaller tasks. These smaller tasks take less than 2 minutes to accomplish, but they are likely to advance you towards your larger goals and ambitions. Take just 2 minutes out of your day after reading this blog, of course, to accomplish one of these tasks to improve your overall well-being.
Task 1
Self Improvement it is quite simple for Self improvement, it is to Drink more Water, a glass of water may seem like the smallest of baby steps towards self improvement, but it is still a step forward, we often overlook the recommendation to drink 8 glasses of water every day, your body needs water. To maintain bodily functions and keep you healthy, dehydration can also cause headaches, fatigue which also fatigues your brain. To prevent all of these problems, having eight drinks a day isn’t easy if you don’t think about it, so don’t be afraid to pat yourself on the back when you’ve actually reached eight drinks a day. Personally, I keep a full glass of water by my desk at all times, and I drink like crazy all day long.
Task 2
For Self Improvement is to eat Whole Foods as a general rule the fewer the ingredients the more nourishing the food if you want to have more energy and feel better throughout the day, swap out some processed meals for Whole Foods you can enjoy things like fruits, vegetables, eggs under more likely to ingest something that will make you feel sluggish and unproductive throughout the day I know this is like one of the most basic but you can really improve how you feel just by making small changes in what you eat so let’s move on.
Task 3
Self Improvement Practice Daily and Gratitude. It is when you feel like you’ve given, positivity and thankfulness can help melt your stress, and an attitude of gratitude can show you the light and keep your mindset healthy
I was again at the time that people who are primed with gratitude are more likely to achieve their goals, for some peoples’ gratitude is a difficult thing, but something you can start doing is keeping. A small journal next to your bed every time you go to bed and just before you go to bed, write everything down on one page that you were grateful for over the nights, you will soon have an entire notebook full of gratitude once you learn the power of the law of attraction; means you will begin to understand how important it really is to have a positive and the grateful mindset to succeed.
Task 4
Self Improvement to Pick up a Book I also recommend cutting down on some screen time and opening your mind with a good book you can always learn something from reading even if it’s just a new vocabulary word
The internet makes it easier than ever to get to know the universe when you’re traveling or curling up on the couch or even going to the bathroom, maybe you don’t have two minutes to get a good read on an entire book take two minutes to get recommendations from friends and family, it’s just a quick click online to queue up books on your shelf when the books are waiting for you, you’re more likely to read them again I’m doing the same thing I do with water that’s why I keep books around me.
Task 5
Self Improvement is something I started doing recently, and that’s just listening to a TED talk, maybe you prefer to consume inspiration with audio, you can search online on YouTube and learn from great speakers in a variety of different fields if you don’t know what to watch first watch some TED, If you have a specific topic that you want to learn more about, you can probably find a TED talk about it if you’re open to anything, you can really explore a whole world of different topics with Ted, from happiness to urban planning to biology, it’s actually crazy how many videos they have.
Task 6
Self Improvement is to join a Group of Supportive People. Now, it may seem difficult or challenging to accomplish your dreams alone and in fact, it’s probably words of encouragement and additional resources that can help you find opportunities and improve your mood and give you more motivation, I recommended online meetup and Facebook are two great sources to find supportive communities and events.
Meetup if you’ve never heard of it before allows you to search through different events based on your profession, interests, or community you identify with to help you organize a meeting in your area
Facebook’s groups are becoming a more popular way to reach out and connect with like-minded people, these groups are often run by experts in their field who offer courses and resources, but the groups are sometimes free, you can also search for physical events to attend through these groups and finally in the self development community, we really need to strive and always try to find continuous improvement.
Task 7
Self improvement is to Congratulate Yourself for this Growth, so plan to take some time today and perhaps complete one of these tips I suggested, don’t forget to reward yourself with positive reinforcement that will encourage you to keep going and keep growing even when that reinforcement comes. Inside, I suggest taking a moment of this day and reflecting on how you have improved your overall well-being and plan to perform these actions again tomorrow, the more regularly you contribute to your personal improvement the faster.
